Hi Stuts61,

I would suggest trying a few things.

- Ensure you are updated to the latest iOS
- Force your iPhone to re-register on the network by going to Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings
- Get a new SIM card. This resets your network profile and can make new towers available.

If you are only having it with one iPhone out of 4, most likely it just needs to be updated and you should be fine.
