 Not true. MSV plans include unlimited talk and text to Mexico and Canada and from Mexico but not from Canada. The Roam Mexico feature I believe is now automatic but if not, it can be added online. Neither the Roam North America nor the Canada Roaming bonus are automatic and neither can be added online. You must call to get either of those features added.
