I can help you locate the address on your account!
We allow you to view and manage your account information from your myAT&T account. Once you’ve signed into your account you can verify your address by completing the following steps:
- Go to myAT&T > Profile.
- If you have more than one account, choose Select and pick the wireless account.
- Next to Billing Contact Information, select the Edit link.
- At the bottom of the page, enter and save your new billing email address.
- Complete the information to receive a validation code, or temporary PIN, and verify the change.
