Re: Activated but shows not activated on top of phone

Hello there @ksrichardson49!

 

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had trouble with your activation. It can take up to five minutes for an activate request to push through the network, but after that it should kick on (A phone restart may be needed).

 

Try going through our Troubleshooting Tool for SIM cards, if that does not fixed it, then something has gone wrong in the activation process, so please let us know!
