I've noticed this for years. Eighteen years.
I have some extremely critical voice mails that I need to listen to. They cut in and out and randomly start and stop, going to other messages spontaneously. I have also tried to copy these to my computer and it's been a nightmare. I am at the point of shaking and screaming! The same old {edited for word filter evasion} for 18 years!?!?
