- I'm so sorry to hear that you received less than stellar service from one of the reps! However, it would be horrible to leave after the many good times on AT&T. Please send a private message to ATTCustomerCare who will be able to assist you with your issue if it still exists and also file in that complaint against that other rep. It has been said many times, this is not the way AT&T does business so I hope you reconsider when speaking to @ATTCustomerCare. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours to receive a response.
