data usage

I have been on here for 30 min my new unite has gone up 2GB. I went from 10 to 15 to 20 GB in one week. I have cleared all my data on my phone, apps, reset to factory default with att help, turned off sync, wifi, all on my phone. My old elevate didn't do this. I use my work computer to work from home. I thought I had it set after the phone was reset to factory default. Nope, still climbing. How nerve wrecking.I have never done this before so be nice please and please help me, mawmaw is running out of sewing money.
