Now because I upgraded my phone you raised my bill $25 and now my son is wanting to upgrade and pay for his phone at the counter at the ATT store, you are going to raise my bill another $25..that is $600 extra a year for a quoted $130. plan. If he pays your installment plan, you will keep my bill at $155..Then he would be paying $700 for the phone...So basically your penalizing customers for upgrading their phones unless they take your installment plan. And even then you are penalizing them by raising their bill.
People don't fall for their false advertisement.. I have been with ATT ever since they started making cell phones, and this is how they treat their customers.
It's not false advertisement as the Mobile Share Value pricing at $130 for two lines is a no-contract plan. This is clearly stated on the commercial and the website.
If your son upgrades using the installment plan, your bill would still go up because the installment payments (~$20/month, depending on the phone and the length of financing) would be included in the bill.
