I switched from an iPhone 5 to an HTC One M8 yesterday... Everything is working great. However, I cannot get the mobile hotspot to turn on/activate. When I try to turn it on it switches off and a text box pops up telling me I have to call 611 or activate it in my account. I have the mobile share 10 gig plan, and the mobile hotspot on my iPhone worked fine the day before this. Am I missing something to get it to work on the HTC? I did look on my plan and its still included. Any ideas? ~Mike
