This response is in no way meant to be an insult. It is a one man one vote thing . I know I am David and AT&T is Goliath in this instance .Just think of it as political satire if you will.
Are you running for public office? I had a flashback of every politician I have ever heard when they talk there way around why they aren't giving theIr people what they need. "Truth is we are spending too much here and there to provide you with what you are asking for right now"
Sounds like it ( AT&t )has grown so much that the bottom line is the focus. Just like the small deli that stacked the meat on their sandwiches when they started their business. Then they turned into a chain of deli's at which point they started to cut back on the amount of meat on the sandwich and then charge more for it to pay for (overhead) sad but true fact when businesses turn into monster sized corporations. I would take my chances with a smaller provider that may have a glitch here and there to save thousands a year in communications costs. Corporate greed is what is killing this country. And this is a perfect example of it. Excuses aren't the answer. I shop at Target ..... Not at Nordstrums, If you know what I mean. I can't continue to pay Nordstrums prices for my current cell phone plan much longer.
