This has happened to me for more than one line, 2 months in a row for one line (not sure about the other yet). I also agree that the website would not allow me to add a message plan or select auto-renew when I tried a month ago, but it did allow me to click the button for auto-renew yesterday when I tired for the second line. This was ONLY possible when I approached the web page from a certain series of steps and stayed within the "new" redesigned web pages (home page to "Add Packages" box with a "+" sign, below "Account Summary". When I traveled down a different clicl path and got to a spot where it redirected me to the "old" system I was definitely NOT able to add a package or select anything related to auto renewal (only offered "auto-refill" which is not the same).
