in this age of technology, we can easily measure what bandwidth is ATT and T-M giving us as part of their data plan and who is slow and fast. I have used ATT for more than 6 years and I know it very well what network bandwidth am I getting. Customers like us, dont really care what is cusotmer number and base if network and price in our region is comparable. It is time to stop boasting being laregest company and start thinking customer care, reasonable rates and quality service.
Being said so, nothing but only the per month chage that ATT deducts out of me each month matters. If you can meet or beat the rate provided by T-Mobile, I will be happy to stay with ATT. I still want a valid justification why should I stay with ATT!
You have basically answered your own question. If the monthly price is the most important, then you should go with whoever provides the best price. However, it won't matter how much less per month you pay if they don't or can't provide the service you need where you need it. Currently AT&T boasts having the fastest and most reliable 4G network and that has been indepentantly validated by a number of external agencies. If quality service is most important, then you should go with the carrier that provides the service you need where you need.
