I have had family plan with att for a few years, and my mom and I decided to upgrade our phones to the iPhone 5s in November. On our plan we had unlimited data prior to upgrading, but att does not offer that anymore. When we were upgrading, we were told we would be grandfathered into getting unlimited data again. Afterwards, my mom had unlimited data like promised, but mine did not. I have been contacting att since then, and no one has been able to help me other than them opening cases that would be getting closed. I called today again, and they tell me that I cannot get it because I waited so long to contact them, when I have been for several months. She basically called me a liar, and admitted they made a mistake, but they are saying that they are not responsible? What should I do? I plan to cancel my family plan with att and switch asap.
