There seems to be no loyalty for a customer that has had an a cell phone with ATT for 20 years. When I got my first smart phone I was paying $30 a month for unlimited data. Now all of a sudden all these data plans are extremely expensive. I was grandfathered in and do not know how that changed. I have tried to speak to an upper level supervisor. I KNOW that if others are still granfathered in that I can be put back in that same program! TERRIBLE customer service. When on hold for a supervisor I was hung up on, then when I called back they tried to send me to the wrong department, and when I finally got a supervisor on the phone, she was extremely rude and the connection was terrible. This seems to be done on purpose to try to keep me from asking my questions to a higher power at ATT. They don't give a crap about customers that have been with them for 20 years, why would they care about new customers? the new plans are a rip off. they want to get the phones back so they can take advantage of the sell back markets! Shame on them for treating me this way.
