Yes, I agree. I have been with AT&T for decades and I just got off of the phone with a Malacia from corporate and she was no help at all and was not interested in the least in trying to retain me as a customer. Her thing was she needed to find out who told me I could keep my contract and still receive the $160/month for four lines. Her solution for me was to return my 15 year old sons phone, which he has had since Augst, back to the store. That is the best you can do for deceptive sales tactics? Bye!
