The issue here is att is throttling my data before I reach the treshold that they mention. For smartphones 4g lte capable the treshold is 5gb but I get throttled at 2.5 or 3 GB. I know what the contract says and I know when I am supposed to get throttled. That is why I am very upset. I am beig cheated of 2gb at lte speeds every month. If I add my wife's kine then it's ; gb every month.
