I'm sorry you're having some issues with one of your lines. I've seen it before and our porting department and tech support were able to resolve it. It's been a while, but if I'm remembering it correctly, it had something to do with the number not being fully ported, possible because of some information mismatch between AT&T's and T-Mobile's systems.
