I accepted yours as a solution but I have to say, I never threatened to quit in the begining it was after 2 different calls and 2 no's. And now its not just a threat I really think I may just change.
Only At&t has the major ordering problems with the Iphone 6, this is not just apple its the way At&t handled it, I ordered an Iphone 6 with promised delivery of Oct 17th window, this came and went and was extended to November while other carriers were delivering within a week from order. I did get my Iphone 6 but it was after 5 phone calls over 2 days.
Now this, my family plan has 4 lines, all Iphones and all of sudden during October the useage went from 5gb total to over 9gb total so we need the 20gb plan not the 10 not the 30gb.
Since new apps and the new Iphone uses even more data IOS 8, we need the increase to be happy.
I see the other carriers with more data for less money
Also If I'm a good customer ( I am) like you why should you get the increase and I should not?
Really its unfair
