I've given up on at&t tier 2 t/s, so thougt I'd try here.
When sending an MMS from my Galaxy S5, it can take 4 to 10 minutes after I hit the "send" icon, till it shows a "time" that I've actually sent it. Sometimes I get "network error".
Things done, if i remember all:
Turn off wifi
Turn off microcell
Verify mobile data has check
Delete all text and mms from phone
Reset phone to factory
Get new sim
Have at&t "resend" phone info to current phone
Reset phone again
Replace phone under warranty
Had at&t remote log into phone ( twice )
Change physical locations several times
Currently without mcell, I have 1 or 2 bars of signal strength. One at&t employee tells
me I'm 1.5 miles from closest tower, another tells me I'm 25.5 miles from closest tower.
I'm VERY sure I've left out things I've tried or things that have been done.
Anyone got any ideas ? ? ? ? ?
BTW, I do not use email on my S5. My mcell blocks email for some reason. I'd rather have
better signal than email. Only two phones allowed on mcell. Tried mms with mcell off, still same.
I think it's something in the at&t network. Second phone, same problem.......IDK.
