It is quite possible that nothing else chnged. When AT&T changes plans, they do not always automatically move customers to the new plans. Generally, the customer will remain on the old plan, until they call to be switched. I guess too many customers complained about their plans being changed without their permissions, so AT&T generally will not change the plans until the customer requests. Similarly, AT&T started offering users with a 15GB data plan for the same price as the 10GB data plan, but users were not automatically switched, they had to assk for the switch.
