I have Smart Limits on four lines. One of the lines, my son, has had 24 hour restrictions for a lot of bad grades. Anyways, I gave him my old iPhone 5. Ever since switching him from the 4 to the 5, his cell data wasn't working. I've pulled the SIM card, reset network settings, wiped his phone and started over. Nothing worked. I had deleted all of his time of day restrictions so I didn't think that was the issue. So I went into his Smart Limit restrictions and the restrictions were back! I had deleted them. I deleted them again then and they came back a while later. The problem here is Smart Limits that are blocking his cell data because his phone works fine without it turned on. What can I do? Who do I contact about this issue?
