Cannot sync messaging to new car media system

I just purchased a2015 Toyota Tacoma. It is equipped with an audio system called " Ensure Audio Plus".

I cannot send or receive e-mails. Bluetooth connection is set occupational therapy " Show Notifications" and "Sync Contacts" as directed by Toyota.

I am told to contact my service provider which is AT&T. No one is there to take my call. Can anyone help me? Thank You.
