Wow - I can believe this is the response. I just switched to AT&T from verizon and I never had a problem with group text.
THIS CANNOT BE AN APPLE ISSUE. In fact if everybody on your group text has an iphone and has turned on imessage you can send to as many recipients as you want.
It is ONLY when at least one phone is not on imessage and you have to send it as text that it is limited to only 10. This has to be an AT&T thing.
Why is this a limitation. It is driving me crazy. I am involved in several group texts. If someone sends a group text message it comes to me with only 10 out of the 20 reciepients and random ones at that and so when I respond it only goes back to those 10 and then everybody gets upset that I am started a new group text.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix this and don't tell me this is an apple thing again - that is just not true.
