I asked to speak with supervisors about my paying for a data plan while I
am blind and can't use it. I spoke with everyone available to me I was
very patient and polite throughout the whole process. I kept calling and
calling speaking very politely but I was continually told I had to have a
data plan. So, obviously I was not going to continue to pay for something
I couldn't use and I finally was forced to switch providers.
