This month I have a $400 phone bill because of data overages. This is not a normal phone bill for me. My problem is that apparently my phone is not working properly and picking up my wifi that I have connected at home and when my kids get onmy phone to play, the data gets used up extremely quickly. I know it is an issue with my phone and not my internet connection be cause my boyfriends phone is continually connected with no problems. Has anyone had a customer care person able to waive some (or all) of these overages in cases like this? I really cannot afford this bill.
