Using Passport package with Iphone

I purchased the Passport package and I am currently out of the U.S. (Argentina and Uruguay) with my iPhone 5s and IOS 8.

How should I set up my phone to be able to use the included unlimited text feature while not on wifi, to avoid being charged international roaming?
