I have been in an authorized AT&T store many times. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come out of that place, my billing goes haywire and I have to spend too much time on the phone trying to get it resolved. It is nuts how the stores can't align the facts with the company they represent! As soon as I get a good deal on unlimited everything, I am gone. All Sprint needs to do is step it up a bit and they will be batting with the big boys!
And I've been an AT&T customer for 15 years!
