Re: Am I missing something? Increase in monthly bill when upgrading phone.

AT&T are a bunch of liars.  I had a chat with one of their reps about a month ago to see what it would cost to upgrade one of our phones.  She told me it would be $185 per month total, including the payments on the new phone.  I specifically told her I could not increase my monthly bill and asked if I could get that in writing.  She told me I could print out the chat and also email it to myself which I did.  Well, my bill is now over $220 per month.  I called yesterday and talked to two different reps and a manager.  All they could do is go over the charge for each line and tell me it added up to way over $185.  I offered to email the chat to the mgr and he stated he had no way to receive an email.  He was to check into what could be done and call me back.  It had been over 24 hours with no call back from him.  I called in this morning and of course got a different representative.  He had the nerve to tell me that someone had tried to call me with no answer.  Believe me I had been waiting on that call and had no missed calls.  So I guess all we can do is switch to another provider. AT&T's word is not worth the paper I printed it on.  Thanks for nothing!
