Only one billing period, but better than none at all (which is what we had before that)...
Of course it does look like it's only for Mobile Share plans, so another small nick against it, but still better than before. Also you need to use all of your base plan before you use any of your roll-over data (just like minutes used to be) so most who do roll-over data will never use any of it before it expiree (the following month), but some people will benefit from it, and as I've mentioned before, any of it is still more than we had before...
