Down loading pictures from a GoPhone

My go phone stopped down loading pictures into my e mail. All of a sudden it gave a "Failed to save message in outbox can not send" There is nothing in my outbox, and when I try to save the picture I get"Not enough memory, Failed to save" How do I get the phone to download more pictures onto my Email.
