I am a new ATT wireless customer with an Android phone. I want to find out how I can receive text messages or calls from the USA while I am in Europe. I currently have International Roaming blocked on my service features list. If someone texts me from the USA, would I receive anything on my phone in Europe? If I need to unblock the roaming, will that make a difference? Or do I need some sort of international roaming plan to get service? I looked at the international plan webpage but I'm still not sure of what will work or not.
