Thats exactly what I'm thinking as well. I did email bestbuy yesteday but no response yet and contacted att via live chat today. They dont know whats going on so they moved the problem to the escalation team (or so they say) and gave me a case number. ATT will blame bestbuy and vice versa. I also dont think its an apple problem either but if by monday I dont have anything resolved, I will be going to a mall that has an apple store and ATT store and having a talk with them.
