Hello! we send bill payment reminders to our clients (mostly in Mexico).
We send SMS text messages to Mexico using the $25 GoPhone prepaid service.
These text messages are NOT SPAM IN ANY WAY, because we include FULL NAME of the recipient, amount owed, due date and credit number.
Sometimes we send over 3000 SMS a day, and the next day the line is blocked due to "abuse", I tryed to ask several times at 611 what is my hourly / daily / monthly limit not to disturb anybody at AT&T, or overload the network, actually I don't want to cause any problem with my use, but I could not get a answer.
I also tried to explain this situation SEVERAL times to the people at my local AT&T store, but they could not help me with this either.
I was suggested to take a postpaid account with that number, but they are not sure if this situation will be solved that way.
Can you please tell me what can I do if I need to continue sending SMS texts?
Should I send only 1000 a day? 500 a day? Please I need your help.
