I find it hard to believe ATnT doesnt have access to where data usage goes, or which unwanted data_gobbling apps are running. you know the globe browser icon? I have it successfully disabled on my phone, but I couldnt disable it on my tablet. I never ever use it. its settings default to location tracking, password saving, automatic form-remembering, saving everything about your web browsing, and when I change these it re_sets the setting everyday even tho I leave it on and unconnected to the I ternet.
under data-usage I restrict it and change the ATnT Homepage to BLANK. it resets all of these iteme daily!
as of today I am no longer allowed to see the browser in the list of programs I can monitor or restrict. because I set my settings on it every day, an 'update' has made it invisible to me now. this is but one of many creepy related reasons I want to get away from android, but not go back to Apple.

we pay for alot of data usage without our permission. I have 100! programs in disabled mode, many more that I used to have disabled but they wont let me disable anymore. if I wasnt watching this like a hawk my data usage would be alot worse.
it gets to be very tiresome.
