This is not an acceptable solution. It is an insult to long term ATT subscribers. I have paid in excess of $50,000 for service to ATT over the last 10 years for myself and my family, and now they want to nickel and dime me for a hotspot. Owning shares in T does not make me feel any better about this situation. It's time to switch to Verizon or some other service.
