I’d be happy to help! I would recommend checking your messaging preferences for any blocks. It’s possible the txt.att.net address is blocking all messages sent as email. In order to check these preferences, please register an account via our preferences manager site!
- Go to http://mymessages.wireless.att.com* and click Register Now.
- Create a password. Passwords are case-sensitive and must meet the following criteria:
- 8 characters in length
- Contain only letters or numbers
- Contain no more than three consecutive characters that repeat
- Select a security question and provide an answer.
- Provide your 10-digit wireless phone number.
- Select the checkmark to indicate you have read and approved the terms and conditions (T&C), then select Submit.
