Has your Samsung updated the operating system recently. I have read that there are many people that are having problems because of an operating system update. I have 2 iPhones on rollover and have no problems with wifi. Both my wife and I have wifi at work and home and we use very little data and have no problem remaining connectecd to wifi.
My thought may not be the internet provider, it could be the wifi router.
