I'm having big concerns on my data limit. My new billing cycle is about to be on 03/02. Here is the concern: when I dial *DATA# (*3282#), I notice that my data usage is outdated. I remember when my new cycle started about a month ago, I used a few megabytes of my data on safari. When I dialed *DATA#, it said I had used 0 MB, when I'm pretty sure I've used like 2 MB (I check my cellular settings). AT&T, please update data information as soon as I dial it; I don't want my parents to be receiving overages. Also, I can't download the myAT&T app because my parents don't trust me with their account. Can you please keep me up-to-date? Is this fixable?
