AT&T's view on customer's opinions

I spoke to an AT&T manager today to ask what a customer should do to let AT&T know what a customer thought about their roll over data plan.  I told the manager that I feel the roll over plan is deceving because your roll over data is only good for one month.  And to even use that roll over data you have to use your new data for the month first.  I wanted to let AT&T know that I was not happy about this and that their advertising was very unclear.  I felt like you should be able to use your rollover data first then your month's new data or at least give your rollover data 12 months to be good.  She told me that they based this on the plan that once used roll over minutes which by the way those minutes were good for 12 months.  When I ask her if my complaint would go further than her she said no.  This was stictly my personaly opinion.  And that just did not matter. Did I think if I bought a car and did not like a feature on it that the car company would change it? I told no not if I was the only one but yes if enough customers were unhappy with it they would change the design or the feature.  She said well all I was offering was my opinion and basically that did not matter.  So now I am not only upset with the way ATT is handling their data plan but I am upset that a manager with ATT told me that ATT does not want to her the consumer's opinion or point of view!!!!  Is this true?  ATT does not care what their customers think and do not want to hear their opinions?  I must say this is one of the worst customer service events I have ever had to happen.  We have had cell phones for 16 years and never changed companies but I am thinking at this moment that we need to look for a provider that does care about the customer and their opinon.
