Hi there

 

I’d be happy to help with setting your device up to function with the Passport package! I would recommend the following:

 

  1. Reset Network Settings (Settings>General>Reset) to ensure your device is picking up the new configuration
  2. Enable Data Roaming, if not already enabled
  3. Turn off LTE only if issues persist
  4. Power your device off and back on to pick up connection to local towers
