I have updated my S5 to 4.4.4 and I'm having issues with the Mobile Network staying on 4GLTE, the screen shot I took of the battery screen shows that the connection is extremely choppy. I've replaced the SIM card, and I'm still having issues. Now my wife's S5 has the same result, but both of my son's S4 devices have a solid line indicating no connection issues to the network. I do not believe the devices are defective, I am pretty confident the issue is with the 4.4.4 release for the S5 that AT&T pushed out OTA. I've completed the reset and then the phone still behaves the same way. The battery gets extremely hot while charging, and the charge is lasting a fraction of the time it should last. What can AT&T do to help me out? I'm not looking for a refurbished replacement, that is out of the question, unless someone is changing the monthly price on my next plan.
