It sounds like this is an APN setting issue. To configure your APN settings to work on the AT&T network, head to Settings > Cellular > Add APN. Tap Add APN to begin, and enter the following settings:

Once entered, save the APN and ensure it is set as active. Then restart your device. Once powered back on, you should now have data access! Test by visiting http://att.com/ttr
