I'm trying to keep track of my usage since I'm close to my cap, but for the past two days I haven't been able to login to either the app or to the mobile website to view my usage. Clicking on "help and support" in the app launches safari with a 404. The app also tells me I have no internet connectivity, yet here I am posting on this forum from my phone. When I try to log on to the mobile website, I get another 404 when I click on "login."
Anybody know if this is an isolated instance? Is there somewhere else I can view my usage?
The irony of having to waste my data on trying to keep track of it is also not lost on me.
