I probably wouldn't be as angry, if I wasn't lied to each time. 4 months of promised callbacks, but instead issue changed to resolved without any contact. Promised new phone, if incident not resolved a week ago, then told that wasn't an option yesterday. At&t phone support even said it was at&t sending these text messages, and that I got signed up for them somehow. They are just unsure how to turn off or stop.
