I've read the disclaimer and that's why I'm asking. No one has roamed out of AT&T coverage areas. We're all in the same places we've always been, that is, where we live and/or work/study and no one is traveling either domestically or internationally. This is the longest there has ever been a delay in reporting the text usage and even as of this morning it has not been updated. It's very unusual and I'm curious as to why it's suddenly taking so long when, as an AT&T customer for over 10 years (even back when they were CIngular), it has never taken this long before.
