My phone can receive texts from Verizon numbers but won't allow me to respond. The message comes back as error invalid number must use 10 digit phone number. I can then forward it to the same number and it'll go through. This happens to ALL of my Verizon contacts. On some contacts, the name of the contact won't appear...just their number. Please help! I need my phone for business purposes!
