Okay so I bought what I thought was an unlocked phone off of amazon I received in the mail yesterday and when I went to my
Local ATT store the guy that worked there told me that my phone was still locked to the Verizon network and the Sims card I have now wouldn't work with my new HTC that I bought. But here's where I'm getting tripped up I can put the sims card into the HTC and it loads up it doesn't require me to enter some unlock code like I've seen in multiple different videos I've watched now. It actually works. Kind of. A message pops up that reads something like limited network access. I can make calls and text through the phone but it's not working at all data wise. So I'm unable to open google Chrome on my phone surf the web or even send pictures. I dont really know what to think.. You can make calls and send text messages you just can't get on the Internet can someone shed some light on what might be the problem here?
