Hi there! @Shondia73 Thanks for posting your concerns about the AT&T app. I’m sorry to hear the data usage is not showing for you.
We have not gotten rid of the data breakdown feature. It’s still available when you tap the data bar. Please check your phone for any software updates for the app.
If you’re using an Android phone, go to the Play Store, select menu and my apps. You’ll then see a list of available updates. If the AT&T app is listed, tap update and the app update will download for you.
To check for app updates on an iPhone tap the App Store icon and updates and select update on the AT&T app.
If this does not resolve your issue, we recommend uninstalling the app, restarting your phone, then re-download and reinstall the app.
