This was just brought to my attention. What business is it of AT&T and what right do they have in making the 10 limit group text message? iMessages use data, shouldn't it be my right to use my data plan the way I want to. If I go over, I pay the consequence for using too much data. 10 limit group text messaging is not acceptable. I called AT&T last night to express my disbelief that they, as a ‘leader’ in cellular service, would implement such an idiotic control over their customers. The tech support person took my name and number and ‘passed the concern’ on to his supervisor. I don’t know of any other cellular carrier that has this type of limit. Now if other AT&T customers call, maybe it will be changed.
