QoS on the Wireless networks

I have read some articles about the QoS. I know some factors like packet loss rate (PLR), delay of the packet, delay jitter of the network, throught of the network and so on will affect the QoS. But differdent services requires differently about these factors. For examples, real-time conversational service requires more stringent about the delay of the packet but does not requires much bandwidth. I want to know whether there is a standard developed by some organizations about these requirements about different services of different factors? For example, the voice service requires the delay must be below Nms and the PLR below M%...What is more, since the environment of WLAN is different of the wired network, the delay and delay jitter and the PLR is more worse than in wired networks. Is there any standard about these requirements on the WLAN networks?

Thanks very much in andvance for any replay!
